Awakeri Hot Spring’s 5 Tourist Cabins offer the ideal Whakatane accommodation for small groups of friends or family travelling together. Each cabin is free-standing (separate from any other cabin) and has its own small deck.

Each Tourist Cabin has an open-plan living / dining area with 3 single divan beds (each with pillow, pillowcase and a mattress protector), a dining table and chairs and a kitchen area. Each kitchen has 2 hot plates, a microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster and all the pots, pans, crockery and cutlery you will need.

There is also a separate bedroom with a double bed and 1 single bed. Pillows, pillowcases and mattress protectors are provided for each of these beds. You will find a heater in your cabin for colder evenings.

  • Cots and highchairs are available for rental
  • Guests have free access to the main pools and free wireless internet
  • During holiday periods, Easter, Queens Birthday, Labour Weekend and Christmas period, a minimum stay of 2 nights may be required

  • Guests have free access to the main Awakeri Hot Pools area and free wireless internet

  • Standard tarrif: $70 for two persons and $12 per extra person. Infants under 1yr free
